WAter
kids
So tonight has been an exciting one. We spent a lot of it with the boys in our neighorhood. Im not really sure how I would begin to describe them to you, but the one word that comes to mind is firecracker. Three of them came over the one is Tyjay we think that he might be addicted to our house. He normally comes over with Divanni, but not tonight. Tonight he brought over two new guys, Jaqwan, and then he brought over Jakwan, I spell them different but that is just a mental not that there are two Jakwan’s. It is some thing else living here and trying to remember names like that. But they were bouncing off the walls. Here is a quick overview:
Tyjay: 9 and black, really fun and a pretty funny. He said he is Divanni’s cousin, but here I think that means that they are friends.
Divanni: younger and black, He is fricken adorable, funny and he is a lot of fun, over a lot,
Jakwan 1: quieter, first time over, Latino
Jakwan 2: out there and loving every minute of it, 9 black, first time, he had a little potty mouth, he called me the N word probably three times. Tyjay said we were white and Jay told him to quit being a racist Ty said he wasn’t and then J turned to us and said no offense, then continued to tell Ty that we were white and that Ty cant say stuff like in front of us. It was hilarious.
As for the house we don’t have water yet, but everything is ready for them to come on Thursday, and boy are we excited for that. We havent been doing too much over the weekend but Zech moved in on Saturday and that has been good. It is nice to see more than just one other person.
we went to church and God has blessed us with an awesome community. From the moment we walked across the street I felt welcomed and at home (except they are gopher fans). It is a college aged community, and they remind me a lot of the FTC guys. A super good fit for us.
Hopefully the water comes on Thursday and that will be awesome atmosphere boost. Right now Im officially on the job market and so far no luck.
